How do Suade’s Real-Time Tiles work

Example 1
Questions to ask
Say your a sales coach who always wants to make sure their sales people have a couple of solid questions to ask on a sales call. The prompt you would use in this case would sound like:
“The company the sales rep is selling for does [Enter in your company information] for [enter in your target market and persona].
Given the current transcript. provide three thought provoking questions the sales rep should ask that moves the conversation forward.”
For Suade it would look something like this:
“The company the sales rep is selling for has a suite of AI tools to help cold callers including roleplaying, real-time AI for coaching, and post call feedback. They serve outsource SDR firms who are struggling to ramp up sales reps and new clients quickly.
Given the current transcript. provide three thought provoking questions the sales rep should ask that moves the conversation forward.”
Example 2
Sales Rep Etiquette
In this example the sales coach wants the sales rep to follow certain conversational guidelines they know this sales rep struggles with. In this specific case the sales rep struggles with talking too much or droning on in monologues. The goal is to catch the sales rep when they are going on a monologue and inform them to keep good sales etiquette!
Suade has a feature called “trigger types” in the AI Tiles. A trigger type tells the tile when to trigger the prompt and present an output.
In this case the sales coach would set the trigger type to “reactive” and then give this input:
“If the sales rep is going on a monologue”
Now the AI will be listening for when the sales rep is going on a monologue and the prompt will trigger when that happens. Here’s the prompt:
“Inform the sales rep that they are going on a monologue and to remember to keep good sales etiquette. Provide a question they should ask, or a finishing statement that apologizes for going on a monologue.”
Example 3
Booking the Meeting
In this example we want to set up a tile that provides a sentence or two that helps the sales rep book a meeting. The prompt would look something like this:
“Given the current transcript respond with a 2 to 3 sentence statement that helps the sales rep close out the conversation and put time on the calendar with the prospect.”
